Busaba inspired sriracha noodles

I love Sriracha! In fact I love spice, pepper and anything that gives your nose a little sniffle once you've eaten it!
So on Thursday evening I made an impromptu visit to Busaba and saw sriracha on the menu and I was sold (admittedly I didn't even really look at the other ingredients, I just knew it was vegan).
As anticipated the 'Sriracha ho fun noodle' was gorgeous!!! It was spicy, full of flavour and very filling.
The next morning I was still in awe of what I had consumed the night prior, me being me I grabbed the ingredients list from the website and decided to make it myself.
Ingredients
Mushroom
red pepper
baby spinach
Wok-fried flat rice noodle seasoned with sriracha chilli sauce, soy and ginger
I substituted the wok-fried flat rice noodles with tagliatelle which in my opinion made no
difference.
