Mango Smoothie Bowl

Mango Smoothie Bowl is a refreshing and healthy breakfast option that will make you feel like you are in the Caribbean ... or maybe that was wishful thinking on my part!

The options for toppings on smoothie bowls are endless. I like to add chia seeds and nuts which are my favourites, but you could add some berries or a little granola, basically anything you fancy to jazz up the flavour and add to the Caribbean feel.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Large Mango's (frozen)

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk

  • 2 tsp Honey

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1 tsp Maca Root powder

Toppings:

  • Chia Seeds

  • Berries

  • Almond

Directions:
  1. Place the frozen mango, banana, both milks and the honey in your blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Divide the mango smoothie into the bowl

  4. Top with toppings of your choice.
