Broccoli Pesto Pasta

This is a really quick vegan food option - it literally takes all of 8 minutes to prepare. You can add vegan cheese and extra chilli's at the end to jazz it up a bit more. But even without further additions the pesto, basil and garlic give it a lovely little kick ... offering a savoury and flavoursome dish.

Ingredients

Broccoli

Cherry Tomato's

2 tsp Vegan Pesto -

Pasta

Chilli Flakes - Sprinkle

2 Coves -Garlic

Side Garnish

Cucumber

Spring Onion

Cherry Tomato's

Fresh Basil
